- Yin Yoga: Low-impact class for stress reduction and flexibility.
- Zumba: Dance fitness program combining various music styles.
- Lunch Crunch: 45-minute intense circuit workout.
- Strength & Conditioning: Boosts overall fitness with strength and cardio.
- High Fitness: High-energy workout combining aerobics and interval training.
Pricing
- Residents: Free
- Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
