    • Focus: Toning glutes and abs.
    • Level: Advanced.
  • Lunch Crunch
    • Format: 45-minute circuit workout.
    • Focus: Maximum effectiveness in a short time.
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate.
  • Total Body Fitness
    • Format: High-energy workout.
    • Focus: Overall body strength, conditioning, and flexibility.
    • Level: Advanced.
  • Ultra-Fun Yoga
    • Focus: Body strength and conditioning with yoga elements.
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate.
  • Zumba
    • Format: Dance-based fitness with Latin and international music.
    • Level: Beginner.

Pricing:

  • Residents: All classes are free.
  • Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
