Class Descriptions:

High Fitness
- Level: Beginner, 8+ with adult
- High Fitness is a high-energy workout program that blends aerobics, interval training, and modern fitness techniques set to lively music for a fun and effective exercise experience.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
- Level: Beginner
- A fitness class designed to connect mind , body, and breath. Low-impact, high-engagement practice of physical postures, breath work, and movement sequences.

Yoga
- Level: Beginner, 8+ with adult
- A mind-body class designed to strengthen connective tissue, improve joint mobility, increase circulation and flexibility. a low-impact, "wind-down" approach to lower stress in mind and body.

Zumba
- Level: Beginner/Intermediate, 8+ with adult
- A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Tone+Yo
- Level: Beginner/Intermediate, 8+ with adult
- TONE is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines barre, abs and arm tracks using simple choreography- no equipment needed. TO is a yoga-inspired deep stretching class that builds strength, balance, and flexibility through consistent, easy-to-follow movement. Both classes are fun, adaptable to all fitness levels, and designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and uplifted.

Iron Hour
- A full-body, moderate to high intensity workout class with resistance and calisthenics training. Weight training and cardio programs to improve strength and endurance, using a variety of equipment. High-energy, motivating environment.

Cardio Club
- Cardio Club is a fun, high-energy class where every week brings something different! From relays and games to cardio circuits and challenges, this class keeps workouts exciting while improving endurance, fitness, and overall health for all levels.

Yoga in the Park
- Yoga in the Park takes place at Balcon Park and offers a relaxing outdoor workout focused on movement, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Enjoy fresh air and a welcoming environment perfect for all fitness levels.

20/20/20
- Level: Beginner, 8+ with adult
- There are three 20 minutes segments in this class. Cardio for the heart, weights for strength and endurance, and stomach curls for core stability.

Tabata
- Level: Intermediate
- high-intensity interval workout designed to maximize results in minimal time. Expect short bursts of all-out effort followed by brief recovery, combining cardio and strength for a fast, sweaty, calorie-burning class. Modifications provided—work at your level and leave feeling strong and energized.
Other Information:
- Participants must be 13 years or older to attend classes on their own. Children 8 and up may join select classes with an accompanying adult until they reach age 13.
- Residents: All classes are free.
- Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.
