  • 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM: Ultra-Burn Noon w/ Ricky
  • 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM: High Fitness w/ Torri
  • 6:00 PM-7:00 PM: Zumba w/ Lori

  • 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM: Ultra-Burn Bootcamp with Ricky
  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: 20/20/20 w/ Kevin

Wednesday:

  • Booty Build and Slim Waist
    • Focus: Toning glutes and abs.
    • Level: Advanced.
  • Lunch Crunch
    • Format: 45-minute circuit workout.
    • Focus: Maximum effectiveness in a short time.
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate.
  • Total Body Fitness
    • Format: High-energy workout.
    • Focus: Overall body strength, conditioning, and flexibility.
    • Level: Advanced.
  • Ultra-Fun Yoga
    • Focus: Body strength and conditioning with yoga elements.
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate.
  • Zumba
    • Format: Dance-based fitness with Latin and international music.
    • Level: Beginner.

Pricing:

  • Residents: All classes are free.
  • Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.

  • Eligibility: WH Residents and those with SilverSneakers Flex Insurance can attend classes for free.
  • Punch Card: Required for others to participate.
