Fitness Schedule Information 

Class Descriptions:

  • Fight Fight Friday
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate
    • A technique-focused group fitness class that teaches the fundamentals of boxing- including stance, footwork, punches, and defensive skills- designed to build precision, form and confidence.
  • High Fitness
    • Level: Beginner
    • High Fitness is a high-energy workout program that blends aerobics, interval training, and modern fitness techniques set to lively music for a fun and effective exercise experience.
  • Ultra-burn Noon
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate
    • Utilized strength sets, cardio intervals, and power training. Maximize your fitness potential by challenging your mind and body with this unique and empowering experience.
  • Total Body Fitness
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate
    • A full-body, moderate to high intensity workout class with resistance and calisthenics training. Weight training and cardio programs to immprove strength and endurance, using a variety of equipment. High-energy, motivating environment.
  • Ultra-Burn Bootcamp
    • Level: Advanced
    • Higher intensity, total body strength and conditioning boot camp. Utilizes strength sets, cardi ointervals, and power trainig. Maximize your fitness potential by challenging your mind and body with this unique and empowering experience.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    • Level: Beginner
    • A fitness class designed to connect mind , body, and breath. Low-impact, high-engagement practice of physical postures, breath work, and movement sequences.
  • Yoga Flow
    • Level: Beginner
    • A mind-body class designed to strengthen connective tissue, improve joint mobility, increase circulation and flexibility. a low-impact, "wind-down" approach to lower stress in mind and body.
  • Zumba
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate
    • A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
  • Tone+Yo
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate
    • TONE is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines barre, abs and arm tracks using simple choreography- no equipment needed. TO is a yoga-inspired deep stretching class that builds strength, balance, and flexibility through consistent, easy-to-follow movement. Both classes are fun, adaptable to all fitness levels, and designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and uplifted.
  • Booty Build
    • Level: Beginner/Intermediate
    • Sculpt, strengthen, and ignite your lower body with this high-energy workout that targets glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves for powerful results!
  • 20/20/20
    • Level: Beginner
    • There are three 20 minutes segments in this class. Cardio for the heart, weights for strength and endurance, and stomach curls for core stability. 

Pricing:

  • Residents: All classes are free.
  • Non-residents: $7 per class or $60 for a 10-punch pass.

Important Notes

  • Eligibility: WH Residents, SilverSneakers Flex members, and ActiveRenew members can attend classes for free.
  • Punch Card: Required for others to participate.
